Brenden Jenkins works with our PlasmaCam CnC plasma cutting system to cut out an American flag design for his Metals and Fabrication class shop project. His and other students projects will be sold at our annual FFA banquet May 2nd.

Middle school students will participate in NSCAS Test Day Tues., April 12th. All students in grades 6-8 will take their NSCAS Math and Language tests. It is important to attend school and be on time that day. Please get a good night's rest and don't forget to charge your iPads!

Bright eyed and bushy tailed. Our Paxton FFA livestock evaluation team (Wyatt, Ethan, Kobe, and Ainsley) reported for duty at 4:15 mountain time. They compete today at UNL east campus. Wish them luck. It’s a long competition (4-5 hours) following an early morning.
Another fun filled day at The Nebraska State FFA convention. We want to wish our Meats evaluation team (Caden, Jasper, Easton, Joe), agronomy team (Ashton, John Fricke, Jordan, Sarah), and Ag sales team (Josie, Emma, Sierra, Jasmine) good luck today.
Along with our competitors we have UNL East Campus tours and activities, leadership seminars, and motivational speakers on the agenda for today.

CONGRATS!!! To Coach Rhodes who will be inducted into the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame on September 25th in Lincoln. Well deserved!
High school students attended Inter High day at North Platte Community College to compete scholastically with other schools. Damin Luedke placed 1st in Information Technology and Allyson Jay placed 2nd in Mathematics.

Great day for our Quiz Bowl team at the Ogallala meet. Both JV and Varsity made it to the championship round. Varsity placed second! Our JV team went undefeated and placed FIRST!! Way to go Tigers!
