School Physicals for 2020-21 are required for incoming Kindergarteners, 7th graders and out-of-state transfer students per Nebraska Statute. NSAA is only requiring sports physicals for incoming 9th graders. Students in grades 8, 10, 11, 12 in 2020-21 only need a sports physical if they do not already have one on file at the school for the 2019-20 year. All students in grades 7-12 who are participating in NSAA extracurricular activities will need to complete the NSAA Consent Form together with their parent(s). Forms are available in the Documents section @ paxtonschools.org
