Paxton Ag Ed students got the opportunity to meet and participate in a variety of workshops with Nebraska State FFA officer Dustin Andreasen. Along with the workshops in ag classes Dustin met with the officer team to hear about our chapter and our officers were able to get some new ideas to incorporate for our FFA members.

Paxton will be hosting Revolution, a volunteer program from Center for Survivors, on Wednesday, March 1 from 1:30-2:30 pm in the gym. This will be for 8th - 12th graders. The presentation focuses on dating violence, sexual assault, and healthy relationships. The goal of these presentations is to help adolescent survivors of violence identify their victimization and teach them how to access services and get help. It also encourages students to hold their peers accountable for unhealthy behaviors. Parents are welcome to attend. Thanks to Sandhills Crisis Intervention Program for bringing this to Keith County.
