The kindergarten class has been learning how to play, their toy preferences, and about toys from now and long ago. They discovered that many toys from long ago were handmade. As a result, each of them drew their own toy and then created it using recycled materials.

The second grade class has been learning about the importance of sleep. They tracked their sleep for a week and made a graph with it. "Rest to Recharge" by Jennifer Law. The recommended amount of sleep for 6-13 year olds is 9-11 hours of sleep!

These 7 students attended a Digital Citizenship Leadership day on Wednesday. Workshop leader, Dr. Kristen Mattson, presented on the social impact of AI use . The afternoon was spent collaborating and created an action plan to share what we learned with the rest of our students.
