Paxton elementary celebrated Read Across America week with dress-up days and having 7 Masked Readers read books in costume. Students had a fun filled week ending with a Reveal party on Friday, with students trying to guess each reader.

Students in 7th and 8th Grade attended the Expanding Your Horizons program today at MPCC. They were able to explore future career opportunities. Thank you to MPCC for hosting this learning event!

Congratulations to our Tiger Speech Team who are District Runner-Ups! All students made the final round with results as follows: Miah - District Champ in Entertainment, Madilynn - District Champ in Poetry, Audrey and Miles - 2nd place in Duet, John - 3rd in Humorous, OID team - 3rd place, Rileigh -3rd in Persuasive & 5th in Extemp, Kepler - 4th in Poetry, Madilynn, - 4th in Humorous, Thomas - 6th in Informative, Haley - 6th in Persuasive, Eden - finalist in Informative, and Natalie - finalist in Extemp. All students who placed 1st -3rd will compete at State Speech on March 22nd in Kearney. Congratulations Mrs. Fox and students! It's a great day to be a Tiger!!


Congratulations to our Sphero robotics teams! Both our BOLT team and our RVR+ teams have qualified for the Sphero World Championships! They will now have approximately five weeks to complete one more mission for the chance to place world wide!
