FACS class was back in the kitchen today after making healthy meal plans.   On the menu from the ladies was chicken with cheese tortellini in pesto sauce,  garlic bread with cheese, salad with carrots, celery, cucumber and croutons, and a mixed fruit of grapes, strawberries, and bananas. The young men made chicken Parmesan (breaded their own chicken) and served this with pasta and a fresh strawberry smoothie.
